He has successfully led key aspects of labour and employment law within corporate and HR departments, serving as an HR Generalist for various well established companies. Additionally, his extensive experience in industrial relations across the manufacturing and retail sectors has equipped him with hands-on insight into employee relations, dispute resolution, and union negotiations.
